Mila Kunis was born in Chernivtsi, in the Ukrainian SSR of the Soviet Union, to a Jewish family. Her mother, Elvira, is a physics teacher and drug store manager, and her father, Mark Kunis, is a mechanical engineer and cab company executive. She has an older brother, Michael. Her family moved to Los Angeles, California, in 1991.

was born in Purvis, Mississippi, the daughter of Julie, a homemaker, and Tony Chabert, a French-speaking Cajun from Louisiana who worked as a maintenance operations representative for an oil company. She has a brother, T.J., and two sisters, Wendy and Crissy. Chabert lives in Southern California, where she moved with her family in 1994 when she began work on Party of Five. Lacey was “World’s Baby Petite” in the “World’s Our Little Miss Scholarship Competition” of 1985.[3] Chabert is also a self-proclaimed Christian.
