Malthe had a brief stint as a commercial and print ad model in the Philippines.
She also does fashion modeling and is among the Girls of Maxim.
Malthe was the title character of the Scarlet secret publicity campaign produced by David Nutter, which promoted a new “TV series” (revealed on the show’s “premiere date” as the name for a new line of television sets) for LG Electronics.
