Bibb plays Will Ferrell’s wife Carley in the comedy feature film Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby. She also played Desiree in the 2007 production Wristcutters: A Love Story. She appears as a Vanity Fair reporter named Christine Everhart in the 2008 film Iron Man and reprises the role in the film’s sequel. Other roles include: Emma in Trick ‘r Treat, Maya in the 2008 horror/thriller The Midnight Meat Train, and Sarah Lowell in the 2009 film Law Abiding Citizen.

Bibb can be seen in the TV show Atlanta in the role of Jessica, opposite Freddie Prinze, Jr. In the 2009 comedy Confessions of a Shopaholic, she portrayed the rival of the main character, played by Isla Fisher. Bibb stars in the movie Miss Nobody, for which she also serves as co-producer. She also had a pivotal recurring role in the NBC series Kings as Katrina Ghent.
