Sex & the City Star Kim Cattrall had to apologize to British teenager Daniel Radcliffe after accidentally going public with the Harry Potter star’s romance.

In an interview with America’s TV Guide magazine, Kim Cattrall revealed she’d given Radcliffe – her co-star in TV movie My Boy Jack – a boxed set of Sex & the City episodes as a gift, after learning the teenager was keen to revisit the show that left him “freaked out” the first time around.

But when Kim Cattrall joked, “You’re waiting for your girlfriend to watch it with you, right?” Radcliffe had to correct her, stating, “My friend! Yes.”

Horrified Cattrall offered, “Your friend. Sorry, sorry. sorry.”

Radcliffe confirmed the ‘friend’ both were talking about was his Equus co-star Laura O’Toole.
