Catherine Elizabeth “Cat” Deeley (born 23 October 1976) is an English disc jockey, television personality and former fashion model, who rose to fame at the age of 21, co-hosting the well-known children’s series SMTV Live, alongside Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, for also hosting Stars in their Eyes since 2004, and for hosting So You Think You Can Dance, since its second season in 2006.

And Glamour magazine, who compiled the list, blamed it on the lacey black catsuit she wore on stage with eventual winner Leon Jackson.

It was a return to best dressed woman for Moss, who held the title for three years until 2007.

Footballer David Beckham was also keen to come, but couldn’t make the date because of commitments with LA Galaxy.

The top five best-dressed list is completed by Sienna Miller, Scarlett Johansson, The OC star Rachel Bilson, Jennifer Aniston, and Alexa Chung. Chung is a new arrival, as are Cat Deeley, Rihanna, Pixie Geldof, Katie Holmes and Beth Ditto.

Jessica Alba is the fastest climber, shooting up 23 places from last year to number eight, while Kate Hudson has experienced the biggest drop, falling 30 places to 39.
